As Director of Operations and Training for Morey’s Piers, Dino oversees the operation of three amusement piers and multiple departments including 68 rides and attractions, wardrobe, mascots, park services, operations and maintenance training, and audio/video services.
Originally from Broomall, Pennsylvania, Dino began his career in the Amusement Industry as a Ride Operator at the age of 16. Since that first season, Dino has held various positions within the organization including Team Leader, Supervisor, Assistant Manager and Operations Manager. Before joining the organization fulltime in 2000, he completed a six month co-op experience in the Disney College Program.
Dino has served on the IAAPA Human Resources Committee, currently serves on the IAAPA Parks and Attractions Committee, is a Certified Pool Operator, holds AIMS Level 2 certifications in both Operations and Maintenance as well as NAARSO Level 2 certification, and is an IAAPA Certified Attractions Executive. He has served as a judge for the IAAPA Spirit of Excellence / Brass Ring Awards for Human Resource Excellence, facilitated seminars at both the IAAPA Attractions Expo and AIMS Safety Seminar, is a member of NAARSO, AIMS and ASTM International and serves as School Director with the International Ride Operator Certification School. Dino earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Drexel University.
