iROC Certifications
iROC certification ensures ride operators and trainers meet consistent, industry-recognized standards for safety, professionalism, and performance. The iROC program is administered through a structured system of certification levels designed to maximize training effectiveness and long-term retention of safe operating practices.
Why Should Your Ride Operators Be Certified?
Certification provides more than proof of training—it establishes accountability, consistency, and confidence in ride operations. iROC certification ensures that operators and trainers understand not only what to do, but why it matters, and how to apply safety principles in real-world operating environments.
Through standardized evaluation and ongoing certification requirements, iROC helps facilities maintain high standards of performance across all ride operations.
- Standardized expectations
- Verified competency
- Consistent training delivery
- Real-world application
iROC Certification Levels
iROC certification is administered through carefully defined certification levels to ensure consistent program delivery and effective training at every participating facility.
Many of these costs are uninsured and come directly from a facility’s bottom line. iROC provides training and assessment tools designed to help facilities avoid incidents that lead to costly claims. Preventing even a single major claim can offset the cost of the iROC program many times over.
Each certification level plays a specific role within the iROC program. Together, they ensure consistent training delivery, verified competency, and sustained safety performance at every iROC facility.
